Registered Care Manager

Location:
Norwich, (NR1)

Salary:
£36,000 - £40,000 per year

The Role:

As a
Registered Manager, you will provide leadership to all the staff to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of needs whilst also relying on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions.

Duties:

Ensure the service exceeds all regulatory and company standards.
Help team members achieve the highest standards with an eye for detail to ensure that Aims & Objectives are achieved and to ensure that each Resident receives care and support which is appropriate to their individual needs.
Ensure successful operation of quality control systems and risk management processes, including audits and checks.
Ensure that there is good communication and effective team building amongst all staff, including holding regular team meetings and appropriate training and development
Demonstrate an excellent working Knowledge of CQC Standards, Key Lines of Enquiry, and upcoming Quality Statements.
Be a significant part of the oncall rota team, showing a willingness to be hands on and cover shifts as necessary.
3 years of care home management
NVQ Level 5 Qualification or equivalent
Must have the right to work in the UK
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and must provide a service based on respect and carry out the role with promptness and politeness at all times.
Management skills

You will be flexible in their working days, which may vary depending on the needs of the residents and the team
