    Description

    Our client is one of Europe's leading owner, developer and manager of retail designer outlets, and currently manages 25 designer outlets in 8 countries.In line with the overarching Marketing strategy, lead the Corporate & Internal Communications function to enhance the reputation and media presence of the brand and keeping key internal and external stakeholder groups abreast of company news and updates via compelling B2B press coverage, events and internal communications.

    To be successful you'll bring...


    • Significant experience in corporate PR and B2B Communications for a large Pan-European or International Company. Knowledge of the retail/real estate industry and media is beneficial.

    • Very strong writing, editing and proofreading skills are essential.

    • Excellent organisation and planning skills. A track record in delivering effective internal communications campaigns and content.

    • Past experience in planning and delivering large-scale events is preferred.

    • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, able to develop rapport, trust and great working relationships with colleagues in a fast-paced, multicultural, multinational work environment.

    • Prior management experience required.

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint

    What you'll be doing...


    • Drive the corporate communications strategy. Lead B2B activity for the brand at Group-level, producing press releases and other relevant Corporate PR material in-house.

    • Manage a team to implement the Internal Communications strategy. Ensure the flow of news through the company's intranet. Work closely with HR and other key departments and stakeholders (Leasing, Sustainability, Finance, for example) to ensure a consistent drumbeat of Group, functional and centre updates.

    • Alongside the Group Strategy team, lead the planning and execution of key internal events (virtual and in-person) for both the company's Leadership Team and worldwide staff.

    • Lead the management of crisis communication issues. Manage external agencies and brief regional communications teams on all corporate PR and crisis management issues and follow the relevant approval process for any communications drafted.

    • Scripting, statement, and letter drafting for the Executive Team.

    • Brief senior stakeholders to deliver compelling media interviews and identify additional relevant speaking opportunities (i.e. panel discussions, roundtables, conferences).

    • Responsible for all communication related to trade events, for example MAPIC. Plan and ensure timely preparation and approval of necessary assets (for example, videos, key messages, press releases, brochures).

    • Work alongside HR to demonstrate Inclusion, Equity and Diversity via calendar of captivating communications, campaigns and events.

    • Ensure the regular updates of the Corporate website, brochures and leasing orbitals.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with retail media on an international level ensuring top quality industry coverage, in particular around key moments during the year.

    • Drive engagement and implement our corporate LinkedIn strategy.

    • Work with the Brand Development and Brand Partner Marketing teams to ensure regular internal and external coverage for brand openings and updates.

    • You are responsible for fully complying with the company's policies and procedures.

    • At all times you should act in the company's best interests and in the best interests of those entities which we represent.

    You will be given a full handover with the current Group Corporate Communications Manager. We're also aware that your time is precious, so aim to keep to a two-stage process wherever we can and a task.
