We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.

As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests inperson
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or actions
  • Handle customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
From £23,984.00 per hour
