- Consultancy background or multiple IAM projects for international clients
- Expertise in identifying risks, designing remediation processes/controls
- Ability to lead working groups and implement processes in production
- Knowledge of SailPoint components: custom workflows, connectors, SASS onboarding
- Experience in application integration, change/release management
- Understanding of IAM governance, security policies, certification campaigns
- Skills in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Technical skills: Java, Beanshell, SQL, scripting
- Strong communication skills to converse with auditors, stakeholders
- Team management abilities: training, representing IAM team
- Understanding of disaster recovery procedures

This role involves managing the processes, risks, and controls related to Sailpoint IIQ, at a thriving financial services organisation.
Your primary responsibility is to work closely with auditors, identify risks and issues, create and lead working groups to design remediation processes (both tactical and strategic), test the processes, implement necessary controls, document everything, and provide training to the operations team.
Responsibilities:
