Grove Park is a special school and sixth form for pupils with a range of complex needs, including speech, language and communication, autism and associated learning challenges. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible, committed and innovative class teacher.

We welcome applications from highly successful primary, secondary, mainstream or special school teachers. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have successfully worked with SEND learners in their current or previous experience. There will be a robust system of induction and support for new teachers.

We would like to appoint a teacher who is able to adapt well to new challenges, is committed to raising achievement and who has the ability to demonstrate effective SEND practice and high ambition for our pupils. The successful candidate will be especially skilled in adaptive teaching, planning and implementing additional support to meet pupils' specific needs.

There are plans within the LA for building expansion and improvement on the primary site.
