Are you looking for a chance to make a difference in your community? Recycling operatives are urgently needed in Hinckley
We are currently seeking recycling operatives to assist our clients in ensuring that materials are sorted correctly. The job requires full flexibility with working hours.

Some weeks, there may be only two shifts required, while in other weeks, up to five shifts may be required.

You will be expected to work as per the business requirements, and the work schedule may vary depending on the company's workload.

Your daily tasks will include sorting cardboard, wood, metal, and plastics into the correct sections, unloading recycling from roller cages to be organized, and general yard upkeep duties.

We ask that all applicants for this role are comfortable with physical/lifting work and live locally to Hinckley.

You will be working from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

It is important to note that some weeks may require part-time work, while others will be from Monday to Friday.

The rate of pay for this role is £10.42 per hour.

However, if you work for more than 40 hours in a week, your pay will increase to £15.63 per hour.
