Management ConsultancySize of the business: GlobalCompany culture: Voted one of the best companies to work for in the UKWhat would I be doing day to day?Key duties:Lead and manage the performance review process for Partners and Consultants across London and EuropePrepare for and run regular L&D committee meetings, ensuring all relevant feedback and inputs are received and processed on time.

Provide advice and support to other Coordinators, including training and guidance on relevant policies and career development opportunities.

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including L&D, Staffing, Mobility, and Recruiting teams, to support individual action plans and career path advice.

Support Managers on wider topics, such as DE&I initiatives, Bonus Reviews, and Career Development programs.

What is the company looking for?Minimum 3+ years' experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development or Human ResourcesSolid experience with senior stakeholder managementRelevant degree in HR or other related areaPrevious experience in Professional or Financial ServicesKnowledge of performance management/talent development is essentialAn individual who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, client-oriented environment, and who is comfortable suggesting change and continuously improving what the team does.
