Description
This is a six month fixed term contract covering convenience stores in the Wales area (July - December) base salary / car allowance / commission

  • The primary objective of building & nurturing strong retailer relationships across the territory ensuring you are selling in the concept of Park Christmas Savings

What you will be doing:


  • To get retailers to agree to promote Park Christmas Savings and ensure they are fully engaged with the product.
  • To Proactively sell Park Christmas Savings into existing businesses within defined territory.
  • To journey plan effectively using CRM, prioritising calls by "opportunity" and / or as directed by your line manager.
  • To comprehensively plan and prepare for each call, ensuring SMART objectives are set for each outlet each visit with a view of continually developing retailer business and PayPoint penetration.
  • The ability to cross sell and generate leads for additional PayPoint products and services.
  • To visit all leads and opportunities within agreed lead generation SLAs.
  • To attend, participate in and present at team / accompaniment days.
  • To maintain indepth knowledge of Park Christmas savings and PayPoint products.
  • Ensure standard of work, completion of Park Christmas Savings contracts and capturing of ID is of the highest standard and in line with PayPoint policies and procedures.
  • High personal conduct, appearance & role modelling values to reflect the professionalism of the Field Team.
  • To obtain Trust Pilot reviews from retailers when you have exceeded retailer expectations.

What you will be doing:


  • Own car and driving licence
  • Proven ability to be planned and prepared
  • Experience of working and delivering results under pressure
  • Experience of territory & account management
  • Ability to set and achieve SMART objectives
  • Competent usage of the CRM system ideally Salesforce (desirable)
  • Market sector knowledge (desirable)
  • Product knowledge (desirable)
  • Competitor knowledge (desirable)
