    We are a leading global business dedicated to creating Smart, Helpful, and Bold baby gear. Our business has continued to grow exponentially, and we are seeking a Digital Acquisition Assistant (m/f/d) to join our Direct-To-Consumer department.

    Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the Digital Acquisition Assistant will support the strategy for 4 global brands ensuring that we encourage as many consumers as possible to visit and purchase from our websites via our digital advertising channels, particularly Google.

    In order to do this, you must have the ability to work in an agile manner within a constantly changing and fast-paced business environment. You will need to work collaboratively with various internal teams but also be relied upon to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Additionally, the ability to learn new systems and processes, as well as adapt to evolving ways of working is essential. You should also be capable of defining and creating processes where none exist.

    What you'll do

    • Support day-to-day optimisation of our digital marketing channels, largely within Google ads, to deliver maximum return on investment.
    • Briefing and coordinating creative and copy changes in line with promotions and seasonality.
    • Assisting with daily and weekly reporting tasks to make sure that performance is properly understood and correct actions can be taken.
    • Maintaining high data quality across all key digital marketing systems, including Google Merchant Centre, to ensure smooth running digital campaigns.
    • Conduct research into and benchmark our competitors' digital marketing activities using the findings to make recommendations for improvements.
    • Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as required
    What you'll bring
    • Experience within a digital marketing role for an ecommerce retailer is preferred.
    • Demonstrated commercial mindset, using data and numbers to drive logical decisions.
    • Customer-focused mindset and understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
    • Planning and organizational skills to effectively manage numerous activities, while meeting deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Adaptable to ambiguity, ever-changing demands, and unpredictable circumstances of a start-up business.
    • Capable of building and maintaining trusting relationships across internal departments and across all levels.
    • Familiar with using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics.
    • Proficient in online file management.
