We are currently looking for a Senior Architect in Manchester.

Working hours:

As a Senior Architect, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday

The successful Senior Architect will be offered:

Salaries up to £55,000
25 days paid annual leave, increasing to 28 days with length of service

To be considered for the Senior Architect role you must have:

Design Leadership, capable of leading multidisciplinary design teams
Advanced 3D capabilities
Strong design and technical detailing skills
Revit experience is essential
Ability to express ideas effectively, orally, graphically and in writing
Knowledge of UK best practice standards
Experience in preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals
Postqualification experience

As a Senior Architect, your role will involve the following:

Working on workplace design projects for high-profile design clients across multiple sectors, each presenting their own design opportunities and responses.
Cost Management
Building Surveying
Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals
