What You'll DoAs our Delegate Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful planning and execution of our high-profile events.

Plan, organize, and manage events, including congresses, conferences, and other large-scale gatherings.


Compliance and Governance:
Ensure all events meet company and client SLAs, while advocating for the highest data privacy standards

Process Improvement:
Lead client update calls, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance our event planning process

Global Travel:
Travel worldwide to support our events on-site, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees

Technology Integration:
Use event technology platforms to manage data and enhance delegate communication

Project Management:
Create detailed timelines and manage supplier deadlines to ensure projects stay on track.
What You'll BringA background in AGENCY event management, ideally within a congress or events agency setting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
A willingness to travel globally as needed.
