    We are currently partnered with a leading UK firm of auditors, accountants, and business advisers who is seeking an Employee BenefitsAdministrator to support our Client's customers.

    You will provide support to the company's Corporate Employee Benefit Consultants in the ongoing servicing of existing clients and the processing of new business. This includes implementing new workplace pension schemes, along with processing scheme reviews.

    As Employee Benefits Administrator some of your key responsibilities will include:

    • Providing administrative support for new and existing clients and schemes for defined contribution workplace pension schemes
    • Prioritise and process client and member queries
    • Attend and complete follow up actions from client meetings
    • Ensure timely delivery of scheme processing for defined contribution workplace pension schemes
    • Process pension contributions
    • Manage open market scheme reviews, in conjunction with the Consultant, for new defined contribution workplace pension schemes
    • Ensure compliance documents are accurate and up to date
    • Check and issue policy documentation
    • Obtain pension provider quotations/product terms for workplace pension schemes
    • Draft proposition documents, reports and presentations for consultants
    • Deal with fee and invoice enquiries; issuing and monitoring payments.
    • Undertake project activity to ensure the efficient running of the office e.g. streamlining processes and documents

    You will also provide some Office Services support including:

    • Answering the telephone in a timely manner and dealing with incoming enquiries and taking the appropriate action.
    • Meeting and greeting clients .
    • Processing incoming and outgoing post.
    • Maintaining a comprehensive electronic client filing system.

    About you:

    • You will have worked in a similar role and have a broad understanding of group risk arrangements (group life, group income protection, group private medical and group critical illness).
    • You should have a good understanding of how to complete the renewal process for group risk arrangements.
    • You will have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and you will be proficient in data management.
