- Hands-on management of Paid Media channels, including Paid Social and Affiliates
- Data-driven campaign optimisation to ensure our clients' performance objectives are met
- Contribution toward the creation of campaign strategies
- Competitor and audience research
- Ad planning and creative briefing
- Collaboration and coordination with other agency team members and external stakeholders
- Keeping abreast of paid media trends as well as developments within the luxury goods sector
- Attending client meetings and ensuring actions are followed up on
- Client reporting using a range of analytics tools
- Putting together decks/presentations for campaign plans, industry research or pitches (among others)
- Experience in media planning, social media marketing and/or affiliate marketing
- Either experience or a keen interest in working with fashion and luxury brands
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create engaging and compelling content
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and trends
- Experience in managing and optimising paid media campaigns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Relevant degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Online Advertising or Business

Role Description
Working within a fast-paced agency environment, you'll work closely with a team of digital specialists to drive performance for our clients across a range of biddable media channels. The role will be primarily located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility for some remote work.
