We are recruiting a number of highly enthusiastic and personable Green Champions to join our team and support a range of environmental projects that the Trust delivers. In particular, we are looking for people to work with us on our Resilient Coasts project in Great Yarmouth. We will be engaging with the community to determine their vulnerability to coastal flooding within the town, and using a survey to gather this data. The work will involve speaking to people on their door steps and at local events about what the project aims to do and asking them to participate by completing the survey.

The successful applicants will be self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and able to act as team members. You will have an understanding and interest in environmental issues and effective communication and social skills, a willingness to travel, and enthusiasm and confidence when working with a wide range of people. The positions will be ad-hoc and candidates will need to be flexible and reliable.

If you are looking for an inclusive, family friendly organisation which offers flexibility, a supportive culture, we would like to hear from you. We'll make sure you're given all the support and guidance you need and you will have the opportunity to become part of a highly successful organisation making a real and positive difference to your local area.

The positions will include some evening and weekend working as required and an ability to travel between sites in a rural location is essential.
