    A leading Financial Services client based in the heart of London are now looking to hire a 'Technical Services Coordinator' to support Mechanical & Electrical Facilities in the building on a Permanent basis. The role will be hybrid working (2 days working from home per week). The salary we can offer is £45,000 to £53,000 + Annual bonus + excellent package.

    Summary:

    You will report to the Operations Manager and help manage the Master Services Agreement (Contract) of the Mechanical & Electrical services contractor for the London UK Buildings.

    Have oversight of the daily activities of the Mechanical & Electrical systems/services

    Key Responsibilities:

    Have operational oversight of work activities undertaken by the M&E services contractor within the premises, on a daily basis and be the interface between the wider business and the M&E engineering team.

    Manage and Monitor the performance of the external Mechanical and Electrical contractor to ensure that helpdesk tasks as well as Planned Preventative Maintenance are being undertaken and completed to a high standard.

    Liaison with the Landlords building management team on Mechanical and Electrical systems which have a direct impact on the banks daily operations.

    Set and monitor performance standards, contributing to long-term planning for continuous improvement.

    Update as required the asset list of equipment being used around the bank.

    Safety and Compliance: Uphold health and safety standards, providing guidance on risk assessments and maintaining a safe working environment.

    Ensure effective controls are in place to minimise risks of equipment and infrastructure failure.

    Highlight and mitigate all risks associated with work activities and projects.

    Required skills & Experience:

    A mechanical and / or Electrical qualifications

    Proven and relevant experience in Building services management

    Technical knowledge of building systems

    CAD systems / MS Excel

    Health & Safety

    Ideally training in latest version of electrical regulations

    Desirable:

    Project Management

    Refurbishments

    Equipment installations

    Office moves/ alterations

    Knowledge of Trend BMS and Concept
