- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support growth targets.
- Drive demand generation through targeted campaigns and initiatives, working closely with the sales team to generate leads and support the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, driving customer engagement and retention.
- Develop and manage the brand and positioning in the market.
- Lead a team of marketers, setting clear objectives and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Measure and analyse marketing performance, using data to inform decision-making and refine strategies as needed.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving the marketing approach.
- Represent the company at events and conferences, building a strong network in the industry.
- Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company, providing insight and recommendations for improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS
- Experience leading and managing a team of marketers.
- Demonstrated success in driving demand generation and customer engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
