    Here at Chubb (part of the APi Group) we have created a global team that specifically focuses on leadership development.

    This team is now expanding and we are looking for a UKI Leadership Development Lead on a permanent, full time basis .

    This is a hybrid role with a mix of at home working as well as across our UKI offices so regular travel will be involved though we are open to home locations outside of Blackburn

    ~ The focus of this role will be to directly advance our purpose of building great leaders by deeply embedding a leadership development culture across the business. You will support the creating, deployment and facilitation of leadership initiatives.

    Partner with the UKI HR Team on the identification, planning and deployment of proactive leadership strategies aligned with business objectives
    Partner with country leaders as a trusted advisor concerning leadership development matters.
    Ensure on-going two-way communication and feedback in the management of assigned projects and programs
    Promote and deepen understanding of our Building Great Leaders purpose at all layers of the organization.

    BS/BA in HR, Business, Psychology, a related field or an alternative industry recognised qualification such as CIPD
    Leadership Development/ Coaching experience would be considered as advantageous
    Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to influence and challenge at a senior level
    Ability to be agile, adapt to changing business landscapes and embrace change.
    Results focused, willing to 'go the extra mile' ensuring successful project delivery.
    Great planning skills to allow you to manage a variety of tasks with the support of a broad range of IT skills,
    Experience with Workday (or another LMS) and LinkedIn Learning would also be beneficial
