The Role

Due to our continued success here at Fortem, we are delighted to confirm that we are currently seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join our team at our branch in Chippenham.

This role is working on a Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance however the contract covers the South West region.

The Project

You will lead the team of trades people and sub-contractors in undertaking the required works to the highest possible standard, covering properties across various locations in the South West.

As the Supervisor, you will motivate, coach and retain our tradespeople and ensure commitment, outstanding workmanship and performance in line with KPI's.
