Hybrid role - a mix of working from home and in our Tamworth head office.

We're recruiting for an eCommerce Specialist as we expand and develop our online platforms.


The eCommerce Specialist will report into the eCommerce Manager (Merchandising & Operations) for B2C and will be responsible for managing and implementing the fundamentals of our online platforms and driving KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Effective merchandising of web inventory uploading information and imagery, optimising onsite search strategy, and sequencing lists according to data and insights
  • Onsite marketing of web pages creation of lists or landing pages, implementation of copy, briefing and managing web banners across online platforms
  • Ensure onsite availability is a true reflection of stockholding, running and reviewing daily reports, adding/removing products
  • Supporting with the delivery of the promotion and pricing plan with input from product teams and suppliers
  • Supporting with the endtoend launch of new products with continual improvement of the process
  • Ownership of the competitor analysis process through reporting on promotional activity, new lines, and innovative activity on a weekly basis
  • Continually look to improve processes and drive an efficient online operation

Skills and Experience needed:


  • Demonstration of a customerfirst mindset in all decision making
  • Knowledge of a B2C environment and digital touchpoints
  • Experience working crossfunctionally to deliver an omnichannel experience
  • Strong understanding of key eCommerce KPIs
  • Experience using relevant systems such as a CMS and/or an ERP
  • Ability to selfmotivate and work independently
  • A fantastic team player who thrives in an environment where innovation and collaboration are crucial to success
  • Experience with agile ways of working including a rapid test and learn approach
