The Role - SDR

  • Prospect new leads using the best tools and resources on the market
  • Qualify those leads using a variety of outbound techniques, establish prospects pain points and pitching company solutions effectively often through multiple touch points
  • Book in meetings with Account Executives
  • Outreach to preexisting customers and reestablish those relationships, cross and upselling
  • Communicate excellent product knowledge, advising prospective clients on how the company's solutions can help them
  • Tracking and reporting efficiently using company automation software and techstacks (HubSpot, Lusha and more).

A successful SDR will:

At least 6 months recruitment or outbound sales experience essential
:

  • Be ambitious and hardworking, going the extra mile to achieve and exceed targets
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be comfortable and confident making outbound calls, working at pace and under pressure with accuracy
  • Have the ability to excel in a highenergy, fastpaced sales environment
  • Be customerfocused, remaining professional and credibly building rapport with clients and prospects
