Description

•Deputise for the Head of Workshops

•Provide leadership and support to all sites

•Manage workshop expansion and new capabilities

•Manage projects, activities & capabilities

•Identify opportunities to improve on current capability & processes

•Complete business cases for expansion & new capability

•Complete CAPEX applications to gain approval for expansion and new capability

•Provide guidance, direction & support on workshop activities

•Develop & standardise workshop processes

•Development of workshop systems

•Assisting the organisation & Head of Workshops with any other tasks deemed necessary

Requirements

•Component repair or MRO experience essential

•Ability to prioritise tasks and delegate workload to meet demanding targets

•Management experience required

•People management

•Continuous improvement

•Ability to work with minimal supervision

•Flexible to working in a fast-changing environment

•Knowledge of occurrence reporting, just culture and flight safety

•All applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK and travel in the UK & Europe
