    CompanyAn excellent opportunity to join for building performance / physics engineers at senior level to join a premium energy and sustainability consultancy, with a core aim of driving net-zero forward and tackling the climate emergency.

    RoleYou will be involved in the delivery of domestic and/or non-domestic performing the role of a Building Physics Engineer and/or Passivhaus consultant.

    You will have excellent knowledge on the key factors that impact on building performance including fabric design, thermal bridging, ventilation, air tightness, overheating, heating and hot water solutions.

    You should also have a good understanding of Climate Change / Net Zero guidance by organisations such as LETI and UKGBC and how to apply the guidance to building performance.

    Qualifications / ExperienceExperience of using IES VE softwareProficiency in using energy modelling software and simulation toolsKnowledge of building regulations, codes, and standards related to energy performanceExperience of delivering domestic and/or non-domestic projectsFamilarity with sustainable design and m&e building services designCIBSE TM52, TM54, TM59Climate based daylight modellingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and optimise building performanceExcellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to clients and stakeholdersBenefits30 holidays including bank holidaysPrivate healthcareHybrid working (3 days office) 2 days homeBonus (discretionary individual and company)
