We are currently recruiting for a large Plastic Injection Molding company in the Great Barr area. The role will be within the Quality Inspection team on the afternoon shift. Duties will be visual inspection of small plastic components.

The company are looking to provide training for an experienced quality inspector to become the afternoon team leader.
the team leader is responsible for final checks, documenting faults, looking after up to 8 members of staff.

to be considered for the role you will need to be an experienced quality inspector ideally having worked with small parts and plastic components.

you will need to be able to work days 8am-4pm for team leader training. once trained you will then move to a permanent afternoon shift 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday

pay will depend upon experience ranging from £10.00 to £11.00ph. the company also offer a monthly attendance and timekeeping bonus of £60.00

this is a repetitive role where you will need good attention to detail. you will need to be reliable and enjoy working as part of a small team. you will need to be computer literate and have at least 1 year quality inspection experience in a manufacturing/production environment
