    Business Support Analyst

    London Market Underwriter

    Up to £50,000 - £70,000 (DOE)

    London - hybrid working model

    Finitas are partnered with a leading, innovative Insurance business operating within the Lloyd's & Company markets, assisting with their efforts to identify an experienced Business Support Analyst to manage all tickets and projects on their platform.

    You will be responsible for analysing, prioritising and resolving customer support incidents which may be application, data, system or user related. You will be responsible for delivering small change projects. You will join an existing Business Support Analyst running the application support.

    Role requirements:

    • Experience dealing with customers (can be internal)
    • Run and write basic SQL queries
    • Worked on a software configuration tool
    • Familiar with and comfortable discussing technical items at a high level (examples not requirements; APIs, DevOps, SQL, XML, servers, back-end/front-end, performance)
    • Insurance experience
