Pastry Chef We are currently looking to recruit an experienced pastry chef to join a chef patron and team in Michelin starred restaurant with rooms in Monmouth.

The pastry chef will be responsible for bringing vision and depth of knowledge to the existing dessert offering & creating dishes that fit alongside their tasting menu.

The Perks As the pastry chef you can look forward to the following:

Salary basic of £32,000 depending on experience.
4 days on 3 days off
£300- £600 a month in service
Meals on duty
Good service training provided.
Fun, fast paced environment
Live in available approx. £300 a month

The Place A renowned and beautiful boutique property, with 1 Michelin star, a Michelin Green star & 4 AA rosettes.

They also have 8 guest rooms set in the Wye Valley & woodland. The Person The ideal pastry chef will have the following.
Experience as a pastry chef in a Michelin starred setting.
knowledge of seasonal garden produce
calm and composed persona.
Excellent attention to detail
Must be able to drive or live very locally to the area.
Rosette or Michelin star experience
Flexible to work shifts as required.
