I am looking for some one who can read-up/research a topic and explain to me on a need to know basis.

(eg Django MVT etc)

I am slow in grasping new concepts/topics, but once I understaand the logic and the functionality, I am well able to make applications, there after.

I am seeking a study partner/teacher to understand Python, better.
I would like to make website with database.
Can you help.
We can use skype, Zoom/Whatsapp to communicate.
I can only afford to pay €2.5 per hour.
