    The RoleDHI are recruiting an Engagement Worker to join DHIs Adult Drug and Alcohol Service in B&NES.

    You will be helping people turn their lives around as part of our busy and experienced Engagement team by providing an exceptional service to anyone approaching DHI for support and modelling DHI values.

    In a day you could be providing Needle Exchange or outreach interventions, helping someone engage in treatment, supporting clients or their families, or providing training or advice to other professionals.

    If you have good organisational skills, can manage relationships, solve problems, and are resilient, adaptable and flexible then we would love to hear from you.

    Teaching, ex-armed forces, customer service are all examples of just some professions where we believe these transferable skills are often found, or you may have lived experience.
