    • Air Conditioning / HVAC / M&EWe are searching for a talented and proven business leader.
    This unique opportunity requires a Managing Director to lead a 35 year established contracting business in Portsmouth.

    The company's core business involves designing and installing air conditioning and ventilation systems as well as providing service and maintenance services.

    DutiesAssume day to day management across all functions; commercial, financial, operationsDevise and manage long term strategic plan as well as short term objectivesLead, develop and direct the team of 30 existing staff throughout the businessSpearhead business growth as a key objectiveClosely manage the financial stability of the business, including cashflow and forecastingDevelop and roll out key process improvement initiatives such as; quality management, efficiency, MI visibility & reportingRecruitment of staffRequirementsApplicants must have previous key person leadership experience within an SME contracting business i.e.

    commercial M&E or HVAC or building services or similarMust have held position of General Manager, MD, Sales Director, Operations Director, Finance Director as a person with decision making control.
