GSL Education are actively seeking a qualified Graduate Teaching Assistant for immediate placement at Client Secondary Schools in North Shields, Tyne and Wear.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a positive learning environment, fostering collaboration between students and faculty, and contributing to the overall success of our educational programs.
Graduate Teaching Assistant Role:
Support teachers in the planning and delivery of dynamic and engaging lessons.
Offer individualized assistance to students, aiding them in understanding complex concepts and achieving academic excellence.
Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative teaching strategies and resources.
Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
Be available for work Monday to Friday.
Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or willingness to apply for a new one.
Furthermore, we currently offer £100 for successful referrals of either teachers or teaching assistants We also provide a complimentary two-day Team Teach Qualification to candidates booked for long-term work in our schools.
