EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, one of South West London's leading independent estate agencies with offices covering Clapham, Balham, Battersea and Streatham to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their highly successful andhappy team.

In return you will achieve earnings in the region of £50k - £70k in year one with lots of potential to increase in year 2 and the opportunity to progress long-term within this professional network of offices.

Interviews are taking place now with an immediate start available.


Responsibilities:


  • Registering new applicants, identifying their requirements and discussing suitable properties
  • Arranging and accompanying property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between vendors and buyers, agreeing sales
  • Making referrals for financial and legal services
  • Keeping vendors updated on a regular basis on feedback and viewings
  • Identifying opportunities to generate new business and arrange market appraisals
  • Working closely with the Sales Manager to achieve performance targets
  • Representing the company in a professional manner
  • Keeping up to date with local market conditions

Experience/skills required:

  • Must have 1 years + experience within property sales
  • Confidence in negotiating
  • Thorough knowledge in all aspects of the sales process
  • Experienced in conducting sales progression
  • Clean driving licence
  • Well presented with good communication skills

Package/Benefits:
- £18k - £23k basic salary
- £50k-£70k OTE

  • 10% personal commission on all sales rising up to 20%
  • Monthly car allowance or company car

  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00am 7:00pm, Fridays 9:00am 6:00pm, working alternate Saturdays 10:00am 3:00pm
