We Are Looking For:

A passionate and skilled Dim Sum Chef to join the team in Birmingham. This role is ideal for a chef who thrives in a dynamic kitchen environment and is eager to contribute to our menu of beautifully crafted, traditional and contemporary dishes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Craft a variety of high-quality dim sum, showcasing skill and creativity.
• Work closely with the culinary team to develop new dishes and menus.
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Manage inventory and supplies for the dim sum section.
• Mentor junior kitchen staff and share your passion for dim sum.
