Senior Associate - Professional Indemnity - 5+ PQE - Bristol - £££

Our client is a prestigious law firm that is recognised as a leader in the industry, with multiple offices across the UK. The Professional & Financial Risks team is currently looking for a Senior Associate to join their team in Bristol, where they will play a key role in the firm's insurance group within a dynamic department.

The primary responsibility of this role is to handle liability claims both pre and post litigation, while also providing guidance and representation on related matters such as regulatory issues, risk management, and Ombudsman complaints. The team also offers advice to insurers on the policy coverage aspects of claims. In addition to representing major Professional Indemnity Insurers, the team also works directly with large professional services firms.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of complex client matters and will be expected to quickly adapt to the role while working independently. There will also be opportunities for networking and business development.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a varied caseload of Professional Indemnity claims, including coverage issues.

- Providing high-quality and timely services to clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

- Contributing to the enhancement of the team's services, support, processes, and procedures.

- Demonstrating the values and behaviours that define the team and maintaining a client-centric approach.

- Working towards creating an environment of continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, assisting others, and taking responsibility for team development initiatives. Ref: 32718
