*Offering mostly home working*A chartered professional membership body has a 1 year contract opportunity for a Volunteer Coordinator or events professional to join them to help support their professional volunteer networks with excellent customer service, administration and events coordination. This opportunity offers flexible hybrid working arrangements.

As the Volunteer Coordinator (Networks Administrator), you will support volunteers in the organisation and promotion of online and in person events, as well as supporting during events and meetings.

At both local and national events, you will also act as an ambassador for the organisation.

You will also provide administrative support to volunteer management team, this can include being the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with key stakeholders, responding to queries in a timely and helpful way, liaising with IT when volunteers have IT issues, and maintaining up to date contacts and records for all volunteers.

You will have the following skills and experience:

Experience of working with volunteers and in a customer facing role
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate, up to date records
Excellent IT literacy, especially Microsoft Office and using a CRM database
Experience with webinar and online meeting platforms, such as MS Teams, Zoom etc.
Strong timemanagement and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and coordinate other people/diary management.
