The kitchen is open. Now we are getting back to events we are calling on

Food preparation assistants, to assist our Chefs serving up great food. Come and join our teams at Birmingham's epicentres of live events and concerts with the NEC Group

We have opportunities in the busy Amadeus kitchens available across our home venues the NEC, ICC, Arena's and the Vox

Working on exciting events, concerts and premium conferencing venues.

Expectations in this role:

Able to use a knife to perform food preparation tasks, i.e. slicing salad items and vegetables
Understanding of Food Safety, able to identify the correct boards for the relative tasks
Understand the importance of temperature control and what the critical temperatures are
Always follow safe working practices
Primary place of work is retail restaurants, food kiosks and production kitchen
