    As a Lead Client Relationship Executive, you will have an influential role in shaping and implementing our clients strategic vision within the BPO community, particularly in finance-related services.

    We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in growing accounts, successfully delivering complex projects, and providing exemplary leadership in a dynamic and competitive landscape.

    Experience exponential growth of key client accounts by executing strategic initiatives.
    Cultivate enduring relationships with the BPO community, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
    Ensure timely and successful project delivery, meeting budgets, timelines, and exceeding quality standards.
    Foster seamless project execution and surpass client expectations by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, understanding their unique needs and aligning them with our offerings.

    Leverage finance expertise to optimize clients' financial processes through our BPO solutions.
    Accomplished success in senior leadership roles within the BPO industry, driving account growth and delivering successful complex projects.

    Possessing a robust financial background, with a profound understanding of processes, regulations, and industry best practices (O2C, R2R, P2P).

    Exemplary skills in client relationship management, establishing and nurturing strong executive-level connections.

    A strategic thinker, recognized for developing and implementing plans that foster revenue growth, client satisfaction, and position our company as a leader in financial BPO solutions.

    Skilled in leading and cultivating high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
    Knowledge of Financial projects and Insurance projects
    Permanent contract collaboration and pension scheme.
