Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm | Salary: £22,672

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

General tasks:


  • Monitoring inbox and telephone,
  • Notetaking for meetings when required,
  • Ensuring records and reports are maintained and improved as required,
  • Attending team meetings,
  • Ensuring we adhere to GDPR at all time and archive information as set out by our data retention policy,
  • Dealing with sensitive, confidential information in a professional manner,
  • Maintaining and updating administration folders, ensuring ease of use and accuracy of information,
  • Providing general administrative support to Managers and Directors,
  • Any other duties as requested by the Managers and Directors to meet the needs of the business.

Recruitment tasks:


  • Scheduling interviews,
  • Working closely with the House Manager and Communications Director to support recruitment campaigns at various locations,
  • Posting job adverts,
  • Obtaining references,
  • Completing recruitment checks for new employees,
  • Understanding, following, and enhancing the safer recruitment and leaver processes.

Referrals tasks:


  • Source info to fill gaps in LA contacts,
  • Check contacts in CRM and update information,
  • Understanding and following the referrals and admission process,
  • Screening referral files,
  • Ensuring admission files are obtained timely and stored appropriately,
  • Supporting Managers in the admission process.

Social Media tasks:


  • Curating the company's social media pages,
  • Posting content that promotes positive engagement,
  • Using social media to boost recruitment,
  • Answering any messages in a timely manner.

Training tasks:


  • Supporting the training manager with admin tasks,
  • Communicating training dates and details to new hires,
  • Issuing training forms to employees when required and storing these appropriately,
  • Keeping a record of training agreements.

Requirements:


  • Good communication skills
  • Understanding of IT
  • Knowledge and understanding of the principles of teamwork
  • Full UK driving license
