    PSV Technician / PSV Mechanic / PSV Fitter


    Depot Location:
    Preston, days and nights available

    Working Hours: 4 on 4 off 6am to 6pm day shift £20.55ph

    4 on 4 off 6pm to 6am night shift £23.76ph

    Contract Type:
    Full time / Permanent role


    Financial Package:
    £55,000 Per Annum +OT

    My client, a well-established Truck & Trailer maintenance business is actively seeking to employ an PSV Technician / PSV Mechanic / PSV Fitter on a straight day shift.


    Working in an established team of PSV Technician / PSV Mechanic / PSV Fitter, you will be required to undertake the following;


    • Carry out thorough vehicle inspections in line with the 'O' licence requirements
    • Carry out any repairs required that have been highlighted on the initial inspection
    • General Servicing and MOT preparation
    • Fault finding & diagnostics
    • Updating all required paperwork / databases
    The successful PSV Technician / PSV Mechanic / PSV Fitter will have the following attributes;


    • hold full industry qualifications and have served a recognised apprenticeship.
    • Have detailed knowledge and understanding of PSV Maintenance
    • A commercial licence would be a distinct advantage for isn't essential
    • Knowledge of Hydraulic and Electrical systems, maintenance and repair
