• We are currently working with a market leading manufacturer of prefabricated construction products. They are looking a Production Team Leader to join their team in the Leicestershire area.

This role is suited to someone who has experience in supervising a team within a manufacturing/production environment with experience working to strict deadlines & targets for output.

• Ensure all stock, safety and production reports are up to date
• Liaise with supervisors to ensure any system or facility issues affecting production are rectified in a timely manner.

• The ability to manage staff, build teams, train staff and monitor production performance
• Warehouse, Production, Team Leader, Management, Offsite Construction, MMC
