(Head of Digital - Maternity Cover)

Outside IR35 - £650 - £700/day

Duration: 12 Months

Start Date: June

Location: 2 days onsite in Farringdon

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for project budgets and deadlines.
• You will be involved in the hiring process. Bringing in developers across both the front & backend. (React & .NET).
• Identify and implement best practices for software development, including Agile methodologies, testing, and quality assurance.
• Be able to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A very strong technical background, with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Previously managed a team of 5+ developers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, software development best practices, and modern software development tools.
