Dairy Operative
Join our dedicated client as a Dairy Operative and be part of a thriving dairy production facility.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a counterbalance license to assist with various tasks within our high-quality dairy operation.

This role offers 40-48 hours per week, ensuring stability and an attractive hourly rate of £11.69 per hour, which increases to £12.19 per hour after a successful 6-month probation.

Responsibilities:

Operating and maintaining machinery and equipment in line with safety guidelines.
Assisting with milk reception, processing, packaging, and storage.
Conducting quality control inspections to ensure products meet our exceptional standards.
Assisting with loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accurate stock control.
Supporting the production team in adhering to production schedules.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the facility.
Communicating effectively with team members and management.

Requirements:

Possession of a valid counterbalance license is essential.
Previous experience in a dairy or food production environment is highly advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Physical fitness and stamina to handle manual tasks.
Good communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
Flexibility to work 5 days a week, including weekends, as the role operates on a rotating shift basis.
