    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Account Governance to join our RCOE Account Governance team. This role is located in Manchester UK

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Build solid understanding of internal operating accounts and become a subject matter expert providing guidance and responding to queries.
  • Presents data analysis conclusions, recommendations, and updates to initiatives to senior management.
  • Produce and deliver timely and accurate reporting.
  • Contribute to ongoing initiatives to standardise and streamline reporting to drive efficiency and automation.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team's goals.
  • Participate in audit, risk, and control investigations.
  • Work closely with the lines of business, risk, control, technology and senior management (up to Executive level).
  • Being an integral part of the go to team for systems, process & automation change.
  • To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or engineering/sciences or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Experience in financial services
  • Experience in a control or risk-based function
  • Team player who is able to produce high quality, accurate output under tight timescales
  • Good analytical skills, including ability to extract data, analyse and interpret it.
  • Problem solving and management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and a result commited approach
  • Organised and able to manage workload efficiently
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Continuous improvement mindset (Automation & Transformation)
  • Appetite to continuously learn and develop.
