Description

The Organic Performance team at MG OMD are looking for an Account Director to join our specialists working across a varied roster of clients including British Airways, Curam Care, Premier Line and UCC amongst others to run the a new account for us.

The successful candidate will support the Head of Organic Performance and existing AD in managing the team of specialists and fostering a culture of growth, creativity, and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have strong SEO strategy experience with a focus on delivering strong results.

The candidate will play a critical role in understanding and developing client relationships, navigating complex client organisational structures, and identifying opportunities to develop the agency's SEO relationship with the client.

Oversee the quality of the work being produced across the SEO team ensuring work

• Monitor project performance, identify roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions

Develop senior relationships with key clients and manage these on a day to day basis,
Understand and feed into commercials, including scopes of work, forecasting and
Supporting individual members of the team in their career progression and
development plans and ensuring that the team regularly attends relevant training
