    TheRole:

    Responsibilities:

    • Workwith the Marketing Manager commercial team and the wider marketingteam to develop and implement a marketing strategy for an excitingnew event.
    • Promote the show to delegates andexhibitors in line with the marketingstrategy.
    • Execute the marketing campaign andreport on effectiveness and results ensuring all elements achievethe required performance criteria.
    • Develop andmanage the creative and design process for marketing materials and develop existing materials and create new material perthe marketing strategy.
    • Work with the salesteam to create campaigns focused on new client growth and increasedclient retention. This includes messaging to drive revenue acrossall products such as digital sponsorships and future revenueopportunities.
    • Work closely with the MarketingManager to develop strategic audience development plans and ensuremarketing communications accurately reflect event positioning andkey messaging. Be the lead in messaging and writing regarding ouroutbound reach to our customers. Good communication and writingskills are imperative.
    • Collaborate withpartners to develop marketing campaigns lead generation strategiesand compelling materials for all revenue streams across live anddigital products.
    • Regularly review marketingplan response rates/KPIs attendee demographics and industry bestpractices to ensure marketing efforts are practical and successfulmaking recommendations and adjustments asappropriate.
    • Execute community building andsocial media strategies that drive engagement interaction and brandaffinity and could improve the audienceexperience.
    • Manage marketing budgets andpurchase orders and liaise with Finance on reportingrequirements.
    • Database management listmanagement and development with the support of businessintelligence and data teams.
    • Provide accurateand timely reporting of key marketing statistics andforecasts.
    • Take the lead on all planning andexecution of the registration process for visitors/delegates.

    What youwill offerus:

    • Exceptional writingskills in English.
    • Ability to produce creativeand wellthoughtout marketing plans.
    • Ability tomanage multiple projects and deliver them on time and withinbudget.
    • Strong IT skills and systems management(e.g. experience working with CRM and CMS platforms databases emailmarketing and marketing automationsoftware)
    • Understanding of data protectionregulations and experience in ensuring compliance in relation toemail marketing/data sharing with thirdparties.
    • Ability to identify search words / keyterms used in data segmentations based on industryknowledge.
    • Experience in devising andimplementing digital marketing strategies andcampaigns.
    • Understanding and experienceutilising digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics GoogleAds)
    • Ambition to develop your marketingcareer.
    • Have something to teach us about socialand digital marketing.
    • Get on well with peoplefrom all walks of life (and the ability to network and make newfriends)
    • Exceptional attention to detail in theevents world little things matter.
