We have a great opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Divisional Director to join Wates, one of the UK's leading providers of planned and responsive maintenance services in the social housing sector, maintaining over 500,000 homes nationwide every year.

Reporting into a Wates Property Services Regional MD, the primary focus for the role will be to win, direct and deliver through excellent management, profitable response maintenance of social housing stock for local authorities, government and housing associations across Midlands.

Develop and performance manage the divisional strategy, from mobilisation to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, via delivering the promise principles.

# Full profit and loss accountability for the Midlands region and lead major client accounts, managing all aspects of the account evolution, including expansion and organic growth, service levels, contract renewal, team development, retention strategy and overall profitability.
# Alongside this you will have the ability to influence at all levels and be a confident leader who is able to create value by shaping the future and delivering quality results.
