    Description

    Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for a full-time position in a popular school in Erdington? Zest Education is currently seeking a talented PPA teacher to join their team in June 2024 until the end of the academic year.

    As a part-time PPA teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across the whole school, providing cover and delivering engaging lessons to students of all ages. We understand the importance of work-life balance, and this role offers flexibility with the option to work 3 days each week. We are open to discussing the most suitable days for the successful candidate.

    All planning will be provided, ensuring that you have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality lessons. While marking will be expected at the end of each day, we strive to create a supportive environment that promotes collaboration and shared responsibilities.

    Requirements:

    Qualified teacher status (QTS)

    Experience teaching in a primary school setting

    Strong communication and classroom management skills

    A passion for providing engaging and inclusive lessons

    Ability to adapt and work effectively within a team

    The pay for this role will start from £140 a day dependent on references and experience.

    Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.

    Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
