    Employed Senior Mortgage Advisor - Haywards Heath, West Sussex


    Basic Salary:
    £31,000 (OTE £60,000) Coms TBC

    Company Car or Car Allowance £3500

    Work Pattern: 5 days per week including Saturdays (typically 2 Saturdays off per month - Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 and Saturday 09:00 – 17:00 – option to work from home 1 day per week
    I am seeking an experienced and driven Mortgage Advisor to join my clients team in Haywards heath.

    In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide tailored mortgage solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

    There will be warm leads readily available from our team of estate agents, so you will never be short of business to write.

    Full administrative backup is also provided, allowing you to focus on what you do best – dealing with customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' individual circumstances and goals.
    • Identify and recommend the most suitable mortgage products from across the market.
    • Sell complementary insurance products from Legal & General to provide holistic financial solutions.
    • Meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining a strong referral rate.
    • Collaborate with estate agency colleagues to identify crossselling opportunities.
    • Proactively engage with existing clients to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.
    • Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and maintain accurate documentation.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • You need to be driven and motivated by success, results, and reward
    • CEMAP 1 (minimum) qualified or equivalent, or Competency Advisor Status (CAS)
    • At least 2 years of mortgage advisory experience
    • Smart, articulate, and wellpresented
    • Ambitious and selfmotivated, with the ability to work in a pressurised environment
    • Full driving licence
    • Great at building relationships with customers
