    Part-time Sales and Marketing Admin - High-End Logistics Company (London)

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Marketing Admin to join our growing high-end logistics team in London. We are a prestigious company specializing in the storage, transportation, and installation of high-value items for discerning clients.

    As a Sales Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, working closely with the manager in a small but dynamic team environment.

    This role requires flexibility, as you will be working from various locations dotted around London at different times of the week.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Assisting the sales manager in brainstorming and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
    • Conducting market research and identifying potential client leads
    • Preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials
    • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups
    • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as operations and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Attending industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and build relationships
    • Dealing with inbound sales enquiries
    • Conducting outbound calls to follow up on sales leads and previous enquiries

    Requirements:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges
    • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not essential

    Working Hours

    Two-to-Three Days a week

    Salary

    £18,000 - £24,000 per annum pro-rata dependent on experience

    (All company based travel and expenses will be paid for)
