This is a remoteposition.The CallCenter Agent will be answering inbound calls converting them toleads and later to towing jobs.
DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for managing a whole lot of incoming andoutgoing calls in the operations.
2. Identify the needs of client and find solution toit.
3. Answering inbound callsconverting them to leads and later to towing jobs.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. Remote
2.Shiftbased in a Call Center that works 24/7.
3. Pacific Time Zone

1.High speed and stable internet connection
2. A modern laptop/ desktop with a workingheadset and mic (Minimum ofI5 generation 10 for processor and 12GB RAM)
