    Description

    This is a great opportunity to take on the next steps in your hospitality career and be part of a hotel reception team with Surya Hotels, reporting to & working with the hotels Senior management team to maximise guest experience.     We're looking for someone who can maintain a positive and calm outlook, a friendly approach, can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, carry out instructions, be able to pay close attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

    To succeed within the role you must have previous experience of working within a hotel reception and knowledge of hotel reservations systems. You should also have good sales ability, an approachable manner, and knowledge of the MS Office suite.

    Duties and responsibilities will include:

    • taking reservations,
    • dealing with guests' enquiries and assistance,
    • check-ins and check-outs,
    • taking payments,
    • answering calls and emails and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
