- Test, integrate, and develop new CCTV, IoT (4G Routers), and VMS software products.
- Identify and troubleshoot product issues and investigate new technologies and products.
- Create and update field service guides to enhance first-time fix rates and improve engineer knowledge.
- Stay current with industry trends and recommend new hardware products for integration.
- Helpdesk Management:
- Oversee helpdesk tickets from initiation to resolution, coordinating with various departments to ensure effective problem-solving.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and email, assisting with fault diagnosis and general inquiries.
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions for engineers and customers.
- Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped to use our clients products effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick adaptability to new software tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your workload independently and efficiently.

On-site x5 days per week in Nottingham
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Technical Engineer to join our clients support and development team. This role focuses on testing, integrating, and developing innovative CCTV, IoT (4G Routers), and VMS software products. Additionally, you will manage helpdesk tickets, offer direct support to customers and internal teams, and create technical training materials. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a technical role within the electronics or technology sector, with a preference for CCTV or networking knowledge, as well as hands-on experience with routers, DVRs, CCTV equipment, or similar technologies.
